The basement of this wonderful stone house did not resemble the rest of the home's beautiful interior. Following the flooding of the basement in spring 2016, a backflow valve was installed to prevent any future flooding. With their basement showing it's age and the backflow valve installed, this family was confident that it was a good time to turn this space into usable square footage that the entire family to enjoy for years to come.
